We have another great line up for you in the 2020 Festival of Homes. In this unprecedented year, we are grateful for your support of our home show. I am pleased to serve this year as the Festival of Homes’ chair. As a member of the Festival committee and a participating builder with two Festival entries this year, I want to express my sincere thanks to all the participating home builders and members of our association. We appreciate your support in helping us make this event a success.
In these challenging times, Iron County is truly “Your Safe Haven”, our 2020 Theme. Iron County offers many unique characteristics that make it a haven from the concerns people may have. We have seen growing interest in building homes here as people are looking for comfort, security, and a sense of community. Iron County brings all of these together along with a talented selection of builders and trades who can build a new safe haven just for you. Our association members, including home builders, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and many others associated with the building industry, are proud to bring you this year’s Festival entries.
Come see our wide range of entries, from affordable starter homes, to mountain-side haven’s with incredible views, homes in new developments, in rural locations, and some secluded, spacious, luxury homes. We have a magnificent and beautiful home in Cedar Highlands with an incredible view, affordable homes in Old Farm and Deer Hollow, three homes in the new Old Sorrel Ranch, and several in the surrounding rural valley including Summit, Sunset Ridge, and New Harmony’s Kolob Ranch Estates. We also have a special feature located in Enoch. Heather Hill is a new event and wedding center that will be hosting our opening ceremonies and is available to tour during the show.
Please come and see our show entries and experience “Your Safe Haven” at the Iron County Home Builders Association’s 2020 Festival of Homes.
